| Physical and Chemical Properties | Yellow-brown powder. Insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution is Brown yellow. Partially dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid, resulting in a yellow precipitate after dilution. Slightly discolored in alkaline sodium hydrosulfite solution, totally discolored in sodium hypochlorite, and turned to dark orange in case of concentrated sulfuric acid. |
